4. Order & Shipping Policy

Orders once placed will be confirmed via email or SMS.
Standard dispatch time is 2–5 business days, and delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on the location.
In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues, natural calamities, festivals), we will notify you promptly.
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as mentioned on our site.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality inspection.

For custom orders, once measurements are confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
